Shipping and returns

Domestic delivery

Domestic orders within Belgium are shipped with track and trace for €7,47 for a framed work of 30 x 40 cm, and €10,00 for works of 50 x 70 cm and up.

International delivery

There is an additional fee for the following countries:

General delivery information

I handle your order with care and make sure the products are well packed to ensure all orders will arrive safely. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace your order. I do not take responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.

I will be selling my work on demand - this means I make every piece by hand whenever an order comes in. Delivery time once an order is placed is about 3-4 weeks, depending on the size of the piece you've ordered.

General shop returns policy

Products bought in my store may be returned within 14 days. The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods. All returned items must be unused, complete with original packaging.

Webshop returns policy

If you are not happy with your goods, I will happily issue a refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of receipt of your order in original condition. Please contact me at hello@baudryrugs.com to inform me about your return. Please include the number of your order.

Products bought on sale will not be refunded. All returned items must be unused, complete with original packaging. I am not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

Please make sure all returned items are well packed to ensure a safe return. All returned packages should be sent with a trackable, insured service. I cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
